 To build the docs, spin up a real AWX/Tower server, `pip install sphinx sphinxcontrib-autoprogram`, and run:
 ~ TOWER_HOST=https://awx.example.org TOWER_USERNAME=example TOWER_PASSWORD=secret make clean html
